#day2 #nature #30daygratitudechallenge #livethankful I’ve always been a person that needed to be out in nature to “recharge”. Beaches Lakes Trails State parks Literally, any type of nature that takes me away from the hustle of #life While living up North, 2/3 of the year pretty much sucked for me to get out into nature. It was always bitter cold, raining, snowing, icy, or all of the above together. So for that 2/3 of the year, I rarely got my chance to recharge. Now, aside from dodging random torrential downpours during Florida rain season, I can comfortably go out into the warm sun and bask in that Vitamin D YEAR ROUND!!! #grateful isn’t a strong enough word for how I feel about being able to do this, whenever I want. Imagine, swimming, trail hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, biking, lake walking, beach running, beach meditation, shark tooth hunting, sea glass searching...anything, year round. 🙏🏼 This photo just makes me want to go back! 🌾 https://www.instagram.com/p/B4YzZqqhAlZ/?igshid=1g3pmnsgz4jsh

It’s November again, which means it’s time for me to #focus on the #daily #livethankful #challenge again. #day1 #home This year is completely different for me, in this challenge. Having experienced living in #florida exclusively, without any “adulting” old ties to any other state, has been not only a learning experience, but SO MUC MORE!! I’ve grown in ways I wouldn’t have had I not moved here. I’ve grown...mentally, emotionally, soulfully. I’ve been humbled. I’ve LIVED through some of the hardest days of my life this past year. Quietly. And allowing myself to FEEL. I’ve felt the meaning within the word #gratitude There aren’t many words I can use to describe how #blessed I know I am. Nor are there #words deep enough to describe the #beauty that is my home (for now). And, with those closing words, I leave you just a glimpse of what “home” is for me now.
