Ramadan Day 2: The Cleanse
(11am)I used to have many imaginary friends as kids. Less so characters on TV and more so entities that I felt the present, but could not see. I asked questions and received answers from them. Until a few years ago those memories with them had disappeared from my mind. It’s such a curious thing that the story of our life, weaved from childhood to present, is not about what has actually happened, but about what I habitually thought of or focused on. Once I shifted my focused, so much emerged that I had forgotten existed.
(4pm) Every time I wake up to who I am, to the being that is all things, connected to the heart of everything I see- I go back into forgetting. I’m now realising that indeed that is the beauty of it. The forgetting is necessary for the remembering. Today was a stressful day, I felt awfully important in my role as a social entrepreneur serious stressed human, and the energetic congestion it has caused me. I went into a 10 minute turned 2 hour meditation where I felt held by light beings, and a download came with it:
Never forget, you are nobody.
Never forget, you are somebody.
To exist as something is to ignore the opposite of it. To be here fully, allow what you are without the constriction of what you think you need to be. Those thoughts you think that make you who you are, they are in fact your oppression of true self. Who you are is free flowing, ease in and ease out.
So I came out of the meditation to go into a meeting, and I went into the role of a serious social entrepreneur stressed human and the witness of me being serious social entrepreneur stressed human. It went well.
