15. How did you get into YGO?

Storytime: as a child, I hated Yu-Gi-Oh! because it took the timeslot previously held by Cardcaptors on UK tv. But then as a teen a friend told me about Yu-Gi-Oh!: The Abridged Series and I loved it, I thought it was one of the funniest things ever created (and tbh I still do). Fell a little out of love with it before uni, but then a friend of mine reminded me of YGOTAS’ existence and we marathoned the whole thing from the beginning. I went in search of thiefshipping content, ended up reading the manga, and well...

21. Which Millennium Item would you want and why?

On the one hand, the Necklace would enabled me to see the outcome of events, thus lessening my anxiety.

But on the other hand if I had the Rod I could make people give me money so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

25. Do you play the TCG and if so, what type of deck do you use?

babe I play it with you

I have two main decks: my Gravekeeper deck, which is my fave and I love it, it’s so great, and my Harpie deck, which was my first deck! My ex was giving away her entire YGO TCG collection and offered to send it to me for free, and she had the beginnings of a Harpie deck; I just built from there. It doesn’t hurt that lately there have been some really good Harpie cards released!

In the manga it's way more obvious that it's always Yugi (but with even weirder hair) cos of the artstyle. The anime is... weird.

i did read some of the manga and ur right! yugi like....stayed the same except suddenly Menacing Face. it worked fine. ig the anime thought it wouldn’t be clear enough???
