Oughgough npd L x npd bpd Dimentio on the brain + plural hcs rambling

The wild explosive push and pull, but both still willing to learn the steps of that dance together, because they haven't met anyone so similar like the other before, and they really want to try to make this work.

Even if having to try to communicate their feelings, apologise or admit they were wrong, and just being emotionally vulnerable in general, feels like getting bathed in acid, and they'd both rather avoid that

also hc that L and Luigi are headmates. and Luigi is covert npd while L is overt, so Luigi's got a whole different kind of needs and issues the emotionally constipated clown has to learn to navigate

he's gonna try. he may be... in love is a strong word, attached to L, but he's definitely drawn to Luigi too. kind of a weird situationship they're both not sure about

but yeah he's trying. but damn if he isn't screaming and biting and kicking about it in his head

and also if Luigi wants to cut contact. it's gonna be hell to keep seeing L, and he doesn't want that, so he's TRYING. and so is L, but ouughguugh. feelings talk. icky

but also. L drop kicking Squirp without blinking an eye makes me think he doesn't have upstanding morals either (he didn't have to punt him to look for the heart and serve Bleck), so Dim doesn't have to completely pretend about his morals for fear of driving him away, and L's free to be his…questionable self without judgement

anyway. i love them and their messy kinda situationships and Dim getting forced into trying relationships again after he thought he was done and wouldn't get into one ever again. because Luigi and L are once in a lifetime meetings

ougghh L being an anger holder that Luigi had unconsciously been suppressing this whole time because of denial. hurting and angering L even more. making Luigi suppress him even harder in a hellish cycle. until he learned about all the little things L did when the events of the game happened.And there was too many little differences compared to him. having Nassy confirm that she didn't do anything to his personality too. making him come to the realization that it wasn't just him being “rotten” inside and sometimes thinking really mean things, but really a whole other person this whole time somehow (I'm going off the game's age. so 2007 era stuff. no knowledge about plurality), and the events of the game kickstarting their syscovery

luigi working on acceptance. and trying to connect. communicate. and work together, and then there's Dimentio and the bleck gang as a whole being L's first safe space as he got to be his own person for the first time, but also having Dimentio not only see. but choose him. is helping so much with his confidence and sense of self, which also helps Luigi understand and accept L more (again. no idea what plurality is. to him he just suddenly realized there was a guy in his head for years somehow. and that's a big sudden thing to try to understand and cope with (nobody tell him there's been more than just one for a#while. he's not ready yet))

also Dimentio may or may not be plural too unbeknownst to him. thought a different flavour (median system influenced by bpd parts). so he's helping them feel valid and relate by accident because “oh yeah i do that too. though I've never heard voices from whole other people”
