MK, Mei and Redson first invited Nezha to hang out with them sometime after the pillar incident, as he had more time on his hands with Li Jing no longer commanding him like a foot soldier.

Most assume that Nezha would be a good influence on the young trio and would be able to rein them in, forgetting that he’s the patron deity of rebels.

Out of the trio, Redson is the closest to Nezha due to the time he spent with him during his early childhood.

Nezha had been the one to teach Redson to use his fire powers and his combat skills.

Mei personally appointed herself as Nezha’s stylist, as while he had good taste in armor and traditional fashion, he knew very little about modern clothing.

Nezha keeps a close eye on MK to gauge his mental state, knowing from personal experience how intense situations can affect a person’s psyche.

Nezha’s favorite place to hang out with the group is the city racetrack.*

He easily gives all of them a run for their money, MK and Redson get annoyed while Mei gears up to challenge him again.

During the group’s more casual hang outs, Nezha will take the trio to a wide field to play jianzi.

On the days that MK is babysitting Bai He, Nezha guides the group in activities like a preschool teacher.

Bai He enjoys spending time with Nezha as his stories were her favorite bedtime stories growing up.

Bai He openly refers to Mei as her big sister and Redson as her favorite cousin.

Mei gives Bai He all kinds of tips on “girl things” to help her feel normal again after everything.

Redson will always bring homemade food with him on the days he knows Bai He will be joining them as she’s the only human who truly appreciates his food.

When MK and Spindrax first began dating Nezha was fairly weary of her due to the centuries old stigmas involving spider demons.

He quickly grew to enjoy her company, especially after witnessing her racing skills.

Mei will frequently challenge Spindrax to race.

She also enjoys teasing her about her relationship with MK.

Spindrax always retaliates by pointing out the fact that Mei is dating an ex villain.

Spindrax, Mei and Redson will often ramble on for hours about mechanics, especially regarding their vehicles.

Spindrax frequently brings homemade treats for everyone to enjoy, often feeling like she has to keep in their good graces, even though they all really like her.

She also makes a ton of cat themed items made from her silk for Bai He.

Bai He will on occasion ask Spindrax to hug her using her spider legs (she does this to help Spindrax feel more comfortable with herself).

I think the spider clan fans are dying... luckily not me, I've been thinking about these guys for 2 years (minimum) now 😎

So, for those who never seen my art under this tag, hi! This little fella with an ugly ass mowhawk is Saltus. He's new to the spider clan, accidentally turned into a spider demon and kept around cuz he's a dumb kid who the clan can use, but uh oh they get attached cuz look at him. He's just a kid... I think Goliath would be the first one to get attached, then next Huntsman because he'd be often enough around Salts (training and Salts suprisingly being the most attached to him even though he also scared him the most) then Syntax and lastly the Queen (but she'd only care for him after they're revived and wouldn't be able to find him).

If we add Spindrax into the mix, I think they'd act like cousins, like they wouldn't be attached in the way others are. Though they'd be chill from the start I believe.

I can ramble on for years about my boy Saltus, but I'll end it here. But..... if yall guys wanna hear more or have extra questions ask away.
