Lobster!!
Ok so last year my Dad sent us a gift certificate for Lobstergram (yep that's a thing) for Christmas. Well, fast forward to this Christmas and we got the same thing. First of all awesome creative gift. We, however, didn't use last years yet. Due to the impending event happening tomorrow (it's like if I don't say it maybe it won't happen), we decided to not watch any of it and have a lobster feast. Tomorrow I have two 1.5lb lobsters coming along with 1 lb of Lobster meat and 1lb of sea scallops (uh yeah we had $200 to spend). I have the day off (I'm working on both Saturday and Sunday some) and am going to take myself snowboarding (gotta use those new boots and goggles I just got). Fortunately, Lobster is Whole30 now I just need to figure out what to make with them. Anyone have any suggestions??
Enjoy the rich, juicy taste of lobster tails that have been grilled. The buttery garlic and lemon marinade makes it taste even better, and it's perfect for any BBQ.
Ingredients: 4 lobster tails. 1/2 cup melted butter. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise with kitchen shears to get to the meat inside. Put chopped garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and melt the butter. Use the butter mixture to coat the lobster tails well. Put the lobster tails on the hot grill with the meat side down. Grill for 5 to 7 minutes, basting every now and then with the butter mixture. The lobster tails should be flipped over and grilled for another 5 to 7 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and fully cooked. Take it off the grill and add chopped fresh parsley on top. Put it on the table hot, with extra butter sauce on the side.

A classic New England-style sandwich featuring succulent chunks of lobster mixed with creamy mayo and fresh herbs, served in a toasted split-top bun.
Ingredients: 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 New England style split-top hot dog buns. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted. Shredded lettuce for garnish optional. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish optional.
Instructions: In a large bowl, mix together the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper until well combined. Brush the split-top hot dog buns with melted butter. Toast the buns on a skillet or griddle until lightly golden brown. Evenly distribute the lobster mixture into the toasted buns. Garnish with shredded lettuce and chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
