FALAFEL BALLS AND SPRING ROLLS Some other bites on the menu of @detuinvandesmid. De tuin van de smid (The garden of the smith) uses many organic and sustainable local products as possible. Many products outside Europe are Fair Trade as well. - - - #springrolls #loempia #falafel #vegansofig #organic #vegan #plantbased #plantbasedlifestyle #veganblogger #biologisch #duurzaam #veganfood #vegetables #plantaardigeten #plantaardig #sustainable #vegan #plantbased #fairtrade #vegantreats #vegansofig #plantbaseddiet #bestofvegan #veganfoodie #plantbaseddiet #plantpower #crueltyfree #veggielove #veggiefood #blackvegansofig (bij Leiden, Netherlands) https://www.instagram.com/p/BpwTGx0AGTX/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1sfh0egjt9njd

With your Philips Airfryer, you can make tasty and crispy homemade loempias. These spring rolls are a great snack or appetizer because they're filled with a tasty pork and vegetable mix.
Ingredients: 8 spring roll wrappers. 200g ground pork. 1 cup shredded cabbage. 1/2 cup shredded carrots. 1/4 cup chopped green onions. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp soy sauce. 1/2 tsp sesame oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 egg, beaten for sealing.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, carrots, green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Place a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the pork mixture onto the center of the wrapper. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll it up tightly, sealing the edge with the beaten egg. Preheat your Philips Airfryer to 350F 180C for 5 minutes. Place the loempia's in the air fryer basket, seam side down, making sure they are not touching. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the loempia's are crispy and golden brown, turning them halfway through the cooking time. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
