Today we're going to talk about a "Log Home Blueprints".

Unlike the building of a standard home, Log Home blueprints require a delicate balance between rustic charm and modern functionality. Architects and designers consider these complexities to create a harmonious and durable log home.

As logs aren't shaped like 2x4s or square posts, choosing the right log size is crucial. Logs must also be sturdy enough to support the structure but not excessively heavy. Additionally, the joinery—how logs fit together—requires precision. Techniques like dovetail, saddle notch, or butt-and-pass joints demand careful planning.
