Thanks!!!  I really struggle with running in the gym.  Usually anything over 3 miles I do outside, regardless of freezing temps, but the ice and deep snow is a little hazardous and seems like I'd be asking for an injury.

That means it's working.

I guessssssss.  I don't usually feel so sore from a run that length, but I did do a few hills while I was on the treadmill.  Maybe the flatness of Illinois is turning me into a wimp.
