I ran today and yesterday and the day before. Just teeny tiny runs to get back into the swing of things, but I feel great and want to keep at it.

Today I did not get out of bed till 10 and then I ate this delicious breakfast and I will make it to my office eventually but right now I'm revelling in the fact that for the first time in quite a while I have nowhere i need to be.
