Loki has to stay somewhere in the TVA and if he was working for them then its a little mean to leave him in a cell... or at least that was Mobius' argument, so he took one for the team and has Loki move in with him... A purely selfless act.... AKA: Loki learns to be a good person, an okay roomie, and a not so good at being a menace to society (unless society bugs him)... and slowly falls in love with Agent Mobius.
