Loki didn't use the Tesseract to get away from Ragnarok???

It's clearly the Grandmasters ship on top of the other ship. And this is shortly after the 'Thor would hug Loki' scene. That means Loki used the ship and not the Tesseract to escape...?

I've watched 'Thor: Ragnarok' for the 6th time now. Tonight, I am going to watch 'Infinity War'... I am absolutely not ready after I've discovered this...
