With the knowledge that this is pretty arbitrary, I'd still say 'no'.

A 'Cu Chulainn'-type is someone who:

Lived a relatively short but eventful life.

Died with no regrets about that life, even with any mistakes made along the way or any hardships faced.

Knew that they were destined to die but went through with it anyways.

The third one's the important part. Achilles is a Cu-type. Jeanne is a Cu-type. Karna is a Cu-type. Ushiwakamaru was a Cu-type, but Kagekiyo makes it nebulous.

Artoria is ALMOST a Cu-type, but her regrets were a driving reason behind her appearances in Stay Night and Zero, so she only technically counts in post-FSN canons.

The only thing greater than the Artorias' hatred for The Lion King is their platonic love for Lancelot.
