Hahaha, The Borgias, the one show that made me go “holy SHIT I can be into incest”. Like, GoT what?

How I feel about this character:

BABY. Sweetheart. Protect at all cost. I want to pat him on the head, because AWW CESARE. Even at his most monstrous, my default reaction was still AWW CESARE. First character I fell for in that show, that’s why, most likely. (I love Lucrezia too, but my love for her is more of the HOT DAMN type.)

All the people I ship romantically with this character:

CESARE/LUCREZIA ALL THE WAY, I HAVE NO SHAME AND I HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE.

Also Cesare&Lucrezia, Cesare and Lucrezia in every way and every combination. I’m not gonna lie, Cesare’s relationship with Lucrezia and their scenes together were my main reason to watch the show. They’ve always been so goddamn cute together.

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon:

I wish the script for the unmade 2-hour film has never happened, tbh. Thankfully it was never filmed and I can live with how the series ended.

a headcanon fact:

He spends more time tending to his hair than Lucrezia does to hers. Oh, and when they were younger, Cesare allowed Lucrezia to play with his hair and train braids on him. Also flower crowns. As far as I’m concerned, everything is beautiful and nothing hurts when it comes to Cesare. I LIVE IN A DELUSION AND I AM FINE THERE.
