If Cam was broke, would she ask her parents for money? Would it be hard for her to do so? Would her parents help her without questions, or give her a hard time about it, or refuse to help at all? (This is assuming her parents are still alive...)

(fun fact: cam was broke for a long time in me2 bc i had to buy every single fish… but yeah anyway)
with both cam’s parents having been/being in the alliance military, she felt a lot of pressure growing up to live up to them and not let them down, so anything she feels would classify as letting them down is something she’d want to keep to herself. so even though usually she’s very open about how she feels and what she’s going through, if she were broke she wouldn’t go to her family for money. i guess that’s out of pride but yeah. on the other hand, her parents would definitely help, although they’d ask a lot of questions (more her mother than her father, because her mom really had to work to get where she is and would probably feel like cam’s taking what she has for granted or something). her father (who is alive in ME1 but dies before cam is brought back in ME2) would always help her out despite the situation, and although her mother would be more hesitant under certain circumstances (like if cam lost the money from being irresponsible/gambling/stuff like that) she wouldn’t refuse to help her daughter
this probably makes cam and her mom sound like assholes,,, i swear they are not
