In the DC Verse, everything with Ray. I want him as far away from any relationship as possible, after Felicity. But especially not Coldatom, they barely had any scenes together that didn’t feel antagonistic to me.

In Harry Potter, I would say Ron and Harry. Best buddies, not romantic towards each other.

So on youtube I was asked “Why?” when I said Stydia wouldn’t be endgame, and I just figured I’d repost my [long and a little rambling, lol it’s me what do you expect?!] response here:

I've never believed they would be endgame, hell I don't even think they will ever be an actual couple. - Stiles had an OBSESSION with Lydia for years. He put her up on a pedestal, as if she were a mythical creature almost, and assumed he truly knew who she was, when in reality he barely knew her at all. When the tides finally shifted, when they started to develop a friendship in S3, you can see that Stiles view of Lydia changed. Of course he still thinks she's wonderful and beautiful I'm sure, but he actually SEES HER AS A REAL PERSON, not only some just out of reach thing to obtain. He actually respects her now that they are friends, and no, he most definitely didn't respect her in S1 & S2 - he frequently ignored that she had a boyfriend, tried to insert himself into her life despite her making it clear she didn't want him around, he made rude and sometimes cruel remarks about her just because she didn't like him... and then there's that horrible scene in 1x05. You know the one, where Lydia is drugged up after her and Jackson encountered the alpha, [who we know now was Peter] and in her altered state of mind, she starts getting handsy with Stiles. Despite the fact that Lydia's mother flat out states she's not in her right frame of mind, and it being obvious to anyone with a brain, or you know the fact that STILES SEES AND PICKS UP ONE OF HER BOTTLES OF PILLS. [He even has her attempt a tongue twister to see how messed up she is, and a minute or so later proclaims "You're so drunk!"] Stiles still doesn't hesitate when Lydia beckons him to, "Stay." He flails around momentarily before CLOSING HER BEDROOM DOOR, WHICH WAS PREVIOUSLY OPEN. Despite already declaring that she's SO DRUNK, he practically launches himself at her bed and allows her to rub against him. He shows that he has absolutely no qualms about hooking up with a drugged up young woman, in what would be legally considered non-consensual sex aka RAPE. Only stopping because he gets MAD that Lydia calls him JACKSON, and then passes out. If the fact that she passed out like that that doesn't scream BAD!! WRONG!! NO!! in regards to them possibly hooking up... I'm genuinely scared. How about the times that Stiles has degraded Lydia and called her crazy/made rude remarks about her mental health? "I'm in love with a NUTJOB." "Lydia's turned into the town WHACKJOB." I'm just going to stop myself because I could go on forever with all the CANON MATERIAL I could use, but let me just summarize for the TL;DR peeps: Stiles & Lydia were never meant to be a couple. There's so much creepy, downright stalkerish and harassing behavior, it just wouldn't be right. Plus, it was a childish fantasy crush, Stiles has grown up - he's learned what a real relationship is like, him and Malia are more than likely endgame [if Dylan even comes back to TW] and the show was heavily hinting at Parrish/Lydia. I think if Stydia fans would take off their Stydia blinders and look at reality, you'd see that Jeff/the writers only fanbait with Stydia. Every so often they'll drop a few tweets to keep you on the hook, throw in some ridiculous scene to bait the shippers - like that "Stiles saved me" line after getting out of Eichen house, despite y'know... ALL HER FRIENDS SAVING HER! Trust me, I know how much it sucks - I'm a huge Sterek fan [fanfiction is a true gift!] but I accepted long ago that they will never happen.
