This Psychidae specimen has been sent to an Entomologist down south.
At first, we thought it may have been Metura phyllosacca, but upon further analysis, we believe it may be Lomera species instead.

AKA Plutorectis xanthochrysa
A male - females are flightless and never leave the stick-covered silk case they built to live in as caterpillars. The black scales on the wings of the male are loosely attached, and soon wear off living them transparent.
