🍪 If you’re looking for someone who makes incredible brownies then I can tell you that your search is now over. @amys_bakes124 are amazing. Don’t worry about shopping around, trust me and just order from her. These were absolute perfection. At just £2 each they are an absolute steal, so obviously I ordered as many as I could. She’s got brownies, blondies and Rocky roads. Here’s what I got. Brownies: chocolate orange, kinder, biscoff Blondies: cherry Bakewell, jammie dodger, white chocolate & raspberry Rocky roads: maltesers, twix 🍪 She doesn’t just do these small bits though, she does full size cakes which look amazing, I’ll definitely be getting one in the future. Strawberry mousse RECIPE !!🍓🍓🍓

Hi everyone, I like to share this incredible strawberry mousse recipe. You can use it instead of cream in the cake or just pour it into a glass and eat with the spoon.

Ingredients:

strawberries (can be frozen) 300 g

double cream 300 g

sugar 180 g

cornstarch 1 tablespoon

gelatine 12 g

water 60 mL

1. Bland strawberry and 150 g of sugar together.

2. Bloom the gelatine in the cold water, mix it well.

3. Start heating up the strawberry purée. once small bubbles start to appear pour cornstarch and the remaining of sugar. Boil it until thickens with constant whisking.

4. Set aside, then put gelatine in and mix well.

5. Beat the double cream to hard peaks.

6. Gently combine double cream and strawberry purée.

The other week I said I wanted some cakes, brownies, donuts etc and was looking for a small business to buy them from. @alexdredavis recommended me @seemagetsbaked who makes brownies, and they were v nice! Worked at a @gordongram restaurant, part of the @mobkitchen crew, she knows her stuff! This was the deluxe box, which includes things like @oreouki @lotusbiscoffuk @buenoukirl. The brownies were soft and fudgy, exactly how they should be.
