Where does the meme "gavin creaming" come from? Who is gavin? Why does he scream? Can you elaborate

It’s Gavin Free, from the YouTube channel Lets Play, Rooster Teeth, and Achievment Hunters.

I think this comes from one of two places: 1) There is a tumblr post circulating from a while ago that starts out as “Put your middle fingers up if you don’t give a *whispers* frick” and users added outlandish responses, such as calling the FBI, and, most notably, Gavin screaming.

2) I believe the scream itself is from one of the Let’s Play videos, called Prop Hunt. Gavin disguises himself as a banana and runs away from the other team while screaming.
