Here we go again... Guys make a long story short im rewatching Naruto for the 30 time (the first time i watch it i get to about episode 120) without finishing it (up to 30 ep) and now I'm in 60 ep (I letf it that way for months) and I want to keep watching cuz I feel like a larp. But I just don't know if to watch from the beginning AGAIN or from where I am now (the Chunin Exams). From one hend keep watching from here and if I'll actually finished the show it's just going ro feel wrong (ocd kinda wrong) but if I'll watch from the beginning again it's also going to feel wrong cuz like I watched just the start stupid amount of times and it's kinda feel unfair (again, wrong) so what to do???
What Anime Should I Watch?: Oops, all new (to me) long series
I'm planning to finish up Bungo Stray Dogs tomorrow, so it's time to get another poll started. And since TikTok commenters have started lightheartedly bullying for what I haven't watched yet, we're doing a very specific themed poll. If you're new here, it's what it says on the tin: Tumblr votes for my anime watch schedule.
As always, propaganda* (*and section I will watch) below the poll. You can reblog to make your followers vote for your choice or preach in the tags because I'm sure people have strong opinions about these options and the fact that I've not watched a single episode of any of them (don't bully me; be better than the TikTokers). You do not have to know me, follow me, like me, or like anime to vote.
Which (long) anime?
Storm Area 51 was *five* years ago... - Naruto
1100+ episodes to go! - One Piece
FIGHTING EVIL BY MOONLIGHT - Sailor Moon
I literally just learned what the premise of this show is - Bleach
Voting ended onOct 20, 2024
Propaganda:
Pre-Propaganda Note: I've restricted this poll to new series for a few reasons. 1) people on TikTok keep bullying me because I haven't started One Piece or Naruto. 2) If I start a new series, that's another recurring "continue" option for future polls (if you hadn't noticed, I'm recycling the same, like, 7 things I have to finish; I want more variety). 3) This is the Fairy Tail webbed site; if it was all of my long series options then I don't even have to run a fucking poll because I know you gremlins (I do love Fairy Tail tho; maybe next poll?).
Naruto - I know the basics about Naruto, but I have never seen an episode of Naruto. This option will count for season 1 of Naruto.
One Piece - The things I know about One Piece are: pirates, like a handful of the characters, 1100+ episodes long. This option will count for the East Blue arc (season 1) of One Piece (which is somehow 61 f*cking episodes).
Sailor Moon - Probably the most shocking: I have not seen a single Sailor Moon episode. My excuse is being born in 1998 and thus not even a concept while it aired. This option will count for season 1 of Sailor Moon.
Bleach - The above isn't a lie, I deadass didn't know the premise of this show until a little while ago and it seems similar to 90% of all other grim reaper-focused anime so we'll see if it's worth 366 episodes. This option will count for seasons 1 and 2 of Bleach to make the length somewhat more comparable to the other options above.
Watching Patalliro truly feels like a fever dream and realizing how many animanga have been influenced by it will make you question everything you thought to be true about art.
So...I’m re-watching another anime... it’s "Ranma 1/2″
Yo! Shout out to anyone who watched “Ranma 1/2″ when it originally came out. AND to those who watched it all on YouTube back when the entire series was on there (oh wait, it kind of still is. Though you have to find certain episodes and the use of a VPN doesn’t hurt).
If you like late 80′s, early 90′s anime that’s not bloody and full of tsunderes, then BOY, DO I HAVE A SHOW FOR YOU.
“Ranma 1/2″ is the kind of harem/reverse harem anime where neither lead is actually interested in any of their suitors except for their leading man/lady counterpart, yet both are EXTREME tsunderes and won’t admit a dang thing to each other! It’s frustrating beyond belief, but the soft moments make you “awwww” and the humor isn’t half bad. I would slaughter Happosai if I could, no joke. There are a select few characters in the world that I genuinely hate, and Happosai is one of them. Thankfully he isn’t introduced until further into the series.
I watched this anime on YouTube a thousand years ago when I stumbled across it. That was back when you could find almost any anime on there and could watch the entire series easily and there were no ads anywhere.
I watch it in Dub because I’m someone who likes dubs more than subs (Though I will freely admit that there are some dubs that are heinous and should never have been created, or at least should have had complete casting overhauls). I’ve also seen some of the sub and it’s good too. Honestly, your choice.
The show has over 160 episodes and a movie or three, as well as 12 OVAs (though the last OVA came out in 2008 even though the 11th one came out in 1996). So if you want a long binge series with sort-of-barely-there bisexual undertones, then give it a try.
TL,DR: Give "Ranma 1/2″ a try if you like shows from the 90′s with 2 tsunderes and a lot of episodes. The dub and sub are both good.
Hi guys, can you recommend me long running SHOUNEN animes?
I saw Bleach, Gintama, Naruto, Boruto, Black Clover, Inuyasha, Hunter×Hunter, Fairy Tail, D. Gray man and shorter ones like Boku no Hero Academia, Nanatsu no taizai and so many others. I know, One Piece should be the next but before it I want to watch a few ones.
[I meant the long running like 150+ episodes but of course it can be shorter or longer]
just watch one piece bro... i swear bro it gets really good after episode 200 bro just watch it I promise its good bro itll change your life bro just wa
