John Silver (Black Sails) has more existential issues, but a fantastic survival instinct. Long John (Muppet Treasure Island) lost a sword fight to a frog, but he can turn any situation into a song and dance number. John Silver (Black Sails) stomped a man's head in with a metal leg. Long John (Muppets) put the fear of god into an army of muppets.
