So to make sure that I turn this into a real legacy project, I decided to work around a topic that I care quite a lot about and that is how I see the trends of today shaping the future of the world. The idea is to create a place for pragmatic people to discuss their long term vision of the world. I want to stress the word pragmatic because I think ideologues too often turn out to be hypocrites. At some point pragmatism takes over and ideologies get thrown under the bus. Americans are very good at this. The Chinese on the other hand can be much more pragmatic because they don’t care about keeping up appearances.
