#ThrowbackThursday to my first 6 months lifting vs exactly 3 years later 😁 it's crazy how you won't think much has changed until you compare pics. I get asked what I do for my legs a lot and I always say I just lift heavy. That's it. I don't care how much frequency you have- the largest muscle groups on your body demand a lot to grow. I'm sure the growth would be even more if I did glute kickbacks and all'at but that's just not my main focus anymore. It's that time again....reflecting on incredible things that happened this year. From being commissioned by Disney to design a couture gown inspired by Cinderella, meeting some incredible people at events, to being featured by multiple publications, then ending 2015 with a bang by becoming an ambassador for Winsor & Newton and having my art exhibited for the first time. Even through the not so positive, I was able to learn, grow and become a wiser and smarter businessman. Turning 24 was another amazing thing and I am so grateful to be here and do what I love. I believe I put out some really great work this year and i'm proud! I am thankful for my family, friends and last but not least, my followers for always showing love, supporting and defending my vision and just understanding me as an artist/designer.
