Hasn’t it always been speculated that he has some Glasgow based ladies he hooks up with during filming? Nothing serious just his in town FWB?

Yes, that's been speculation since day one, but there has never been any proof. And given Sam's dating pattern from 2014 to the present, I don't think dating a woman who lives in Glasgow would be his M.O. Sam likes to date women who DON'T LIVE near him. Having a FWB (friend with benefits) in Glasgow would cause complications, eventually FWB might want to be more than that. There has never been any proof, as far as I know, about these rumors, no actual FWB in Glasgow. Again, long distance relationships is what Sam has done, for reasons I've stated many times.

As for this new young blonde in Glasgow rumor...please see my last post, where I explain why I think there's no truth to it. And, ironically, the girl in questions isn't even from Glasgow, and is only there temporarily anyway.

On January 10th 2011 my first love asked me to be hers. I ended up having to move to Cali during the summer of the same year and we were in long distance relationship for less than a year. We broke up. Both our hearts broken and we both moved on. I haven’t spoke to her since. In 2018 I asked for her number on IG and since then she has been mine. She’s in the air force and lives in Germany, I still remain on Cali. I went to see her in December of 2018 when she was in Virginia and that was the first time I saw her in almost a decade 😭 she asked me to be her girlfriend on the 17th of December and I have never been happier. She comes back to the states in June and we’re both hoping she gets assigned to Cali 🥰 Love is so crazy and so beautiful. The saying “the people who are meant to be in your life will always gravitate back towards you, no matter how far they wander” is really true. Don’t give up guys. Distance is hard, but it shows how strong you both are and the depth of your love for each other. Think about how life would be without them. If you’re going through a heart break put a smile on. What is meant to be will be 💞

Happy news

I want to share a big piece of joy in my life today :)

I've been with Drew now for more than 5 years. I can hardly even keep track of how long it's been anymore. We met (and starting dating 2 weeks later) when I was 17 and he was 16. We were still in high school.

Not only did we go to different high schools, we went to different colleges across the country from each other. We've spent the last 4+ years of our relationship mostly living on the East and West Coast. We didn't even always see each other over the summers because of internships and summer jobs or study abroad. Sometimes we wouldn't see each other for up to 7-8 months at a time.

So in total, the vast majority of our 5+ year relationship has been completely long distance. Netflix dates, FaceTiming at restaurants, falling asleep on Skype. It's been a lot.

Well, today I'm going to visit him at his college, and it will be the last long distance trip we ever make. This summer, we'll finally be moving in together and starting our jobs in NYC! The long distance is coming to a real end.

Over all this time, I can't tell you how many people told us that long distance relationships never work. Years ago someone promised me that Drew and I wouldn't still be together 6 months later. I'm happy to tell you that although long distance doesn't work out in every relationship, it's not an impossible scenario. To everyone else in LDRs, don't give up hope :)

I’m in a long distance relationship, and it kills me to be away from my bf. I feel so empty, and I just wish I could live closer to him so I can see him whenever I wanted. It’s hard, but I’m grateful for it. Does anyone else feel like this?
