Pit stop, Main Street, Waelder, Texas. (True story: On a family vacation stricken with car trouble, my cousins and siblings spent most of July 4th, 1965, stuck in Waelder when our '61 Volkswagen bus blew a cylinder. While my father and uncle went back to Houston for help, we sat under shade trees in the Waelder school yard, and trekked up to this very gas station to buy Dreamsicles to cool off. They sold out. With 295k+ on the odometer, had some scheduled maintenance performed (oil, coolant, tranny, rear diff. fluids, etc.) as well as a fresh set of plugs. This one in particular, sans side electrode, had to go!
