I’m so excited, as if I was building it myself :D So it’s a brand new build, with a new case and everything? That’s great! What will you do with your old pc? I use mine as a spare for…well, everything really lol

Well...it wasn’t supposed to be a complete new build but I sort of got carried away lol! I’m keeping the card reader, graphics card and hard drive (for extra storage) from my old system. Will then add a new HDD + GPU to it and give it to my daughter. She’s playing Sims 3 on a laptop and hates it lol!

I love seeing Ani’s mods to work in your game. I’m still not sure whether to jump in with them, but the more I see them, the more it makes me want to possibly try.

The Savvier Seller Mod is great! I highly recommend it. The fact that it works just like a real shop (as opposed to EA’s sorry excuse) and can be set up for inactive sims as well as actives, I just think it’s brilliant! There are so many different shops I want to set up - I haven’t even scratched the surface yet lol! Glad you’re enjoying seeing it at work in my game. :-)

DIY Table: Steel base / Glass top, Mini-Mal Chair

CC used: Stove, hanging shelf  (counters - upcoming) - Exotic Elements (follow her!!)

Was running way behind this morning - could not show what the chair was based on. It’s an odd chair and it stood out in my daily scanning of way too many blogs about a year ago - the Diki Lessi chair by Philippe Starck - simified ... low poly ... fun.

I think this last piece concludes the mini set. Need to take some more photos, but I hope to have this set up by weekends end.

I am offering this mini set, consisting of 1 pendant light, A DIY table set of 3 tops, 3 bases, and the chair to raise awareness of a simmer in need. Please consider donating to Hayley so she may finally get the new wheelchair she so desperately needs. You can read more about it here.
