Oh my FUCKING God.

I just did a leg workout that I knew would be a killer for my ass, I figured I’d come out of it with jelly limbs, but somehow it was also the most brutal cardio workout I’ve had in a long time?? It was just a few weighted variations of the same squat, plus a few sets of high knees.
