I know we were talking about nation age a while ago, but I was thinking about it some more, and I love your idea that a nation's age is not tied to there maturatity like yes Alfred may be well over a 200, but he is still mentally and physically nineteen, and I think a really good way this idea can be used is with Arthur because although England was very old by the time america was founded Arthur was not in my mind ive always cast him as around twenty one when he starts raising alfred so in reality even though he seems so adult to alfred he is really just trying to figure things out himself.
YES!!!! i love this and you articulated it so well. i love love love the idea that arthur was still quite young himself when he was raising alfred, and that's part of why he did such a poor job of it. kids raising kids. its so tragic and its something that's so normalized in their community
THE moment 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
NGL my “monstrous conservatory” theme on this shelf might be my favorite decoration in the house!
Rob‘s eager little face when he‘s waiting for Aaron to put the ring on his finger is everything.
Elizabeth, will you marry me? I don’t think now is the best time! Now may be the only time. I love you. I’ve made my choice. What’s yours?
