Herbal craft is one of my favorite forms of creation and manifestation. I'm becoming quite the fan of mixing loose leaf tea blends with natural healing qualities as well as blends with specific intentions.

Ah and so it has returned! With Autumn comes pumpkin spice latte season with a hint of the autumn reading tag. I don’t drink coffee, so I’ve never tasted one, but I do love that coffee shops now smell at least 50% spicier, since I am partial to ginger and cinnamon.

Loose-Leaf

I am a bent page clipped with paperclips shedding paint peeling from age and overuse.

Ink still dries a bold black and my pages have not faded into a yellow decoration collecting with dust.

Common among the rest and touched by many fingers. I am worn, I suppose, but I am crisp, still bright.

Used and creased, guidelines ignored, I am warped but not beyond saving; I am filed and sorted out.
