I cannot take credit for this one. This was all Brent. All I did was the brine to preserve the all lives going forward. Six months in brine and they are, if I may say so myself, pretty good though there were times when they didn’t look that great. They taste like olives. These delicate tips went into flavoring a heap of mashed avocados. I also used some for a salad. All the flavor of garlic without the Sting.
