you should all try this smoothie my father makes every morning
no accurate measurements because we make it for four people but y'all can freehand it, it's just a little fruits and stuff
about a cup and a half or two of a mix strawberries, raspberries and blackberries (We use frozen ones bc its quicker)
a full tablespoon(those r the big ones) of Nuttzo 7 seed peanut butter (if you are allergic to nuts you can use yogurt and flax seeds or granola)
around one fourth of a cup of dark cacao powder, unsweetened
two cups of almond or oat milk, unflavored, unsweetened (although any milk will do, we just don't drink a lot of cow milk bc the almond ones last longer)
tablespoon of honey if you want (that is optional, I dont like eating sugary stuff in the morning so I skip it)
AND ALSO if you guys have any good protein powder shakes add that to it. I recommend Shaklee protein powder shakes but they are a little pricy. We usually focus on vitamins and nutritional value over "food replacement" shakes. ( the shakes usually come with their little spoons of measurements)
