The scariest plost twist is not the lie but realizing the betrayal comes from the person we trust the most.

Karena sebuah cuplikan film yang muncul di sosial media, saya pun akhirnya mengaktifikan langganan n*tflix untuk nonton film yang berjudul Lost in the Stars.

Film ini dirilis tahun 2022 yang menceritakan tentang seorang pria yang mencari istrinya yang menghilang secara misterius saat mereka liburan. Lalu saat bangun tidur, ada wanita asing di kamarnya yang mengaku sebagai istrinya. Di situ semua keanehan terjadi, dimana bukti-bukti termasuk cctv, pasport dan foto ponsel itu menunjukkan kalau wanita asing itu adalah istrinya.

Karena merasa janggal di sela proses pencarian istrinya, pria itu bekerja sama dengan seorang pengacara untuk menemukan kebenaran dan jejak istrinya yang hilang.

Nah, terus film berkembang dan muncul banyak plot twist hingga akhir cerita. Gak mau banyak share di sini karena takut spoiler. Hehehe.. keren sih filmnya. Dari karakter masing-masing yang ada di filmnya, jalan ceritanya dan pengambilan gambar di beberapa lokasi atau scene nya. Pelajaran yang diambil pun banyak. Salah satunya, tentang perjuangan seorang teman untuk mencari keberadaan temaannya.

Tapi, seperti kutipan di atas, satu hal yang juga membekas adalah plot twist yang paling mengerikan bukanlah kebohongan itu sendiri, melainkan menyadari bahwa penghianatan itu datang dari orang yang paling kita percaya.
