Sleep Troubles?
So now that we are getting out of the newborn survival stage. We have been trying to establish a bed time routine. I usually try to do this at his 7-830 feeding, whenever that happens to land. We feed him 5 oz, usually he gets 4. Then we change him into pajamas, put calming lotion on, swaddle him, and get him to sleep. We have also been taking him upstairs and putting him in the pack and play in our room laying him down, and I go to bed usually an hour later. We have a camera in the room so it works. The problem is he is such a loud sleeper!!! This little boy grunts, squeaks, and makes all sorts of guttural noises. Its SUPER loud too. The first night I thought he was waking up 87 times, but he only wakes up at 2-3am and then 5-6am. So me and my husband are getting like no sleep. The obvious solution is putting him in his nursery, but I just feel like it’s too early. He just turned 2 months. I know he wouldn’t care but it would just make me so worried. I’ll bring it up to my pediatrician but I don’t think there is going to be anything we can do about it. I think he is just a loud sleeper. It’s almost like newborn snoring.
