Grief tore them apart, but that's not a problem! Getting back together is as easy as setting the mood. Threatening a few people. A little stalking. Normal stuff like that. It's all totally ok if your love is pure and true 👍

Jaewoo is a bit of a sad sack. A scholarship student with nothing but a kind grandma to his name.

After she died he just....left and worked odd jobs. He lives an aimless life.

He used to have one close friend. He feels guilty about leaving him behind, but at the same time...their relationship felt one sided. His friend was always around asking to hang out, while he was always busy trying to make money for his grandma. They lived very different lives. He left. He regrets it.

He's not sure if he wants to go to the class reunion.

His old friend Siyeon forgot him...but they do end up sleeping together. Siyeon says they should try dating for a month too. They're pretty compatible and Siyeon casually admits he is very attractive.

Jaewoo looks back and he sees how much time he wasted on grief. He made no connections and he was lonely the whole time. He doesn't have a good career too. He's all alone in the world, and losing grandma didn't make him stronger. He wants to change.

He decides to take a stab at happiness.

It's picture perfect.

Normal dating and love without a hitch.

The problem is Siyeon engineered their entire encounter. Siyeon also has a ton of money. He's been using ex-classmates from high school to keep tabs on Jaewoo covertly. With bribes and threats and stuff.

Uh oh.

Jaewoo confronts him, but he's really only concerned about one thing.

Is this a revenge thing?

Is Siyeon mad about being abandoned by Jaewoo?

Not....really?

Siyeon is a very violent and ruthless person, but he's been in love with Jaewoo for more than a decade. He was Jaewoo's stalker before they were friends.

Revenge was never the goal.

He's insecure because Jaewoo left him behind once, but he's in love.

He just wants a happy life with Jaewoo.

His evil plot has no catch....as long as he gets what he wants.

When they communicate properly they're a pretty cute couple too.

Nobody's perfect.

It's romantic if you squint, and hey.

Jaewoo isn't alone and directionless anymore.

Siyeon even encourages him when he finally applies to university. Which he did not do originally because his grandmother died leaving him with no family and he got depressed blah blah blah.
