This is for all the people out there who feel ashamed of who they are, of what they like, of who they like.

You should never have to feel like you aren’t good enough.

💕 self love sachet 💕

a sachet created for you, just when you feel like you aren’t feeling like you and you need some love for yourself. please note that the gif does not belong to me.

you will need:

- an organza sachet (or anything else that you can find, you can get organza sachets at a really low price!) to hold onto the items

- cotton so the rose quartz doesn’t get damaged when there’s sudden movement and for luck on this journey of love

- rose quartz for love and healing

- a tiny sprig of lavendar for love

- mint to cleanse and banish all bad thoughts of yourself 

- a bit of basil for self love

- a candle with a scent and/or color that you associate with love or that you just really like in general!

directions:

first, take your candle and light it! we want the scent of love to be flowing around the place.

next, line the bottom/base of your sachet with cotton. tightly pack the cotton lining so that it doesn’t take up all of your space.

as you line your sachet with cotton, remember to pack in your basil and mint - it will be compressed into the cotton.

arrange your rose quartz and lavendar how you would like - sprinkle a bit of mint after that is achieved.

after you are finished, gently shake your sachet and chant

“It has been a tough journey,

Trying to avoid the gurney,

As love is hard to claim,

For it goes out as quick as a flame,

But one must remember, 

Love for thyself is most critical,

And with a final wish, 

I bless myself with love and bliss.”

blow out the candle once you are finished chanting and allow the smoke to hug you.
