I have this thing that I do every time I feel exposed to the world, in situations that are not 100% safe, or isolated and sad. I’ve done this for years now and it always made me feel better and safe. . This year I learned that this same thing can be used in hypnotherapy sessions and I was like “holy sh’t! That’s a real thing!!!” And that’s because it’s really helpful! . That’s on a mind’s eye level, not a “physical, visible, touchable” thing. It’s not for our physical senses, but energetic senses. Spiritual senses. Ethereal senses. . When I’m feeling like I’m in those situations I listed above, I take a deep breath and imagine I’m surrounded by a bubble. A bubble that protects me. That makes me feel safe and loved. A bubble that will keep all negativity out. Dangers out. Threats out. I’m a spiritual person, so I believe that when you do that, you really do create an energetic bubble all around you that repels any unwanted energy, words, actions. Even though they won’t stop happening, you won’t be affected by it. . If you know Steven Universe, and I’m sure you do, you can imagine it like his bubble of protection. If it’s not strong enough, build another layer on top. And another and another. Until you feel your safe from anything that will mess with your energy. Until you feel loved and protected. . .
