@taylorswift thank you so much for this - thought I’d share this one with you cuz it’s been a pretty amazing day here in Australia (yeh sadly Lover day is almost over) and yeh there’s nothing personal or private on this page but oh the kinda crazy stuff imma pen down in here - I haven’t kept a journal in ages mostly thanx to snoopy siblings and having a few secrets I wasn’t ready to share with the world a few years ago and well then Facebook kinda became like a journal except I wouldn’t call that an honest journal from my heart - you know what I mean there’s thoughts and emotions or silly mistakes you just don’t post online which brings me back to this journal - I love how you have all these memories to look back on and I’ve decided I would like to have that too - so yeh this feels like a fresh start and I hope it becomes as amazing as yours and hopefully inspires someone else someday - perhaps a godchild or grandchild who knows..... anywho imma get back to this ... oh almost forgot wanted to ask you and I know it might sound like a silly question but is it a good idea to put Polaroids in here or do you reckon they’d get damaged - you know what they say a picture can speak a thousand words and I don’t wanna go through all the journals too soon so a few pictures can save me a few pages 😁

Just wanted to share my most favourite diary entry from Tay’s journals.

This entry made me cry. It reminded me so much of me and my mum and all the best days we’ve had together. :)

A timely reminder that we should never take our mums for granted, and that the simple moments spent with them are sometimes, everything.

Excerpt:

“But the best part of the day was just driving around with my mum...I just kept thinking, when I’m 90 years old, re-living the good old days, I doubt if I’ll look back on the number one parties as fondly and as frequently as I’ll look back on today.”
