Love Them Back

Dog food commercials are simple. All you need is a cute dog eating in a kitchen out of Southern Living with a disembodied voice telling you:

"It's healthy and they'll love it!"

(Actually, if you put the food on a counter and substitute a child, it's the same as a cereal ad)

Who is to save us from the boredom? Cesar.

When was the last time anyone choked up during a dog food ad? It's full of sentiment while capturing the special place that our four-legged sidekicks maintain. It shows that despite heartache and loss, we can carry on. The soundtrack by Tom Hodge is exceptional and the storytelling is top form. Well done by AMV BBDO.
