Today's lunch was @ellaskitchenuk pumpkin, broccoli and sweetcorn followed by bananas and coconut and then a strawberry and banana melty puff. This has been the first meal (other than breakfast) that Freya has eaten the whole of in a while. I had to send her dad a photo of the empty bowl because feeding her has been a bit of a chore recently. Today's meals have been from the veg stash, lunch time we had an orange mix - butternutsquash, sweet potato, carrot, pepper and cauliflower. Dinner was all the greens: peas, brussel sprouts and green beans. Lunch went down better than dinner - the peas were quite lumpy and Freya wasn't very impressed so I think next time I'll need to blend them for a bit longer or mix them with mashed potato. So yesterday's taste of the day was @ellaskitchenuk Broccoli, Pears and Peas. We had a civilised lunch at home, but in the evening she ate while perched in the table at Frankie and Bennys while attacking a bottle of ketchup 🙈. It was however another success, I love how good she has been with eating her veg! So today I am cooking for my daughter for the first time with the help of @ellaskitchenuk First Foods Book 😁. I have Broccoli, cauliflower and carrots on the go, and am going to cook peas after as I only have 3 saucepans 🙈. So silly mummy forgot to take the lunchtime pouch out the fridge before it was feeding time so last night Freya had @ellaskitchenuk Plums, Pears, Parsnips and Swedes instead. She was in a bit of a mood at dinner time and as a result blew a HUGE raspberry when she had a mouthful of food which was a nice shade of purple and it went all over her white top 🤦🏻‍♀️. Think it might be time to get bigger bibs!
