I Blinked...
I ran out the door, the sound of the ice cream truck singing at me from down the road. I stood impatiently outside my door waiting for it to pull up. When it finally does I look up and ask for my chocolate ice cream cone that I always get. As I reach up to trade my money for the cone, I blinked…
And when I opened my eyes, I was suddenly 20. I’m now almost 21 and sitting in front of this computer…Realizing how fast time is passing by and how precious every day really is. How do I react to the sudden realization that I can go from being 7 years old to being 21 in the .4 seconds it took me to blink? Well…I start a blog, and then I write it down.
What kinds of pens or markers and highliters do you use for your notes
My Note-taking Tools:
Stabilo Markers: very fine point (0.4 mm), perfect for writing or underlining.
Pilot G2 Ballpoint Pens: my primary writing go-to, I prefer the thinner ones (0.5 mm)
Sharpie Highlighters: a bit too inky, but very bold and bright (as you can see, I lost the pink one and replaced it ;c)
Post-its: for bookmarking, writing notes/summaries, and everything in between
Index Cards: for flashcards/key concept cards
Correction Tape!: because I make a lot of mistakes :/
