Marvel was mentioned in Spanish class today and I almost lost it. I was about to start talking about the X-Men movies and how First Class is objectively and personally my favorite and the best one of the movies. On par with Logan. And someone said something about Superman and I wanted to yell “NO YOU IDIOT SUPERMAN IS FROM DC NOT MARVEL” And throw a book at them but I didn’t. I’m normal.

And then art class- someone asked what was my favorite movie. Ohoohho I say rubbing my hands together like a fly. You wanna know the entirety of the X-Men lore? Do you wish to be eluded into the different storylines and characters? Let me tell you about Erik Lehnsherr’s character writing and how I think he is the best-written character in the movies. But also how only First Class and Days of Future Past really portray his character well by showing everything he’s lost and making his actions/character understandable. BUT I was normal. And said “there’s too many good movies” BUT THEN DEADPOOL WAS BROUGHT UP. AND OH BOY I HAD TO SAY DEADPOOL AND WOLVERINE IS ON THAT LIST OF MY FAVORITE MOVIES. But I contained myself. I am a normal person who doesn’t have a borderline crazy obsession with X-Men and Marvel. I am a normal fan who watches the movies and laughs at Deadpool’s sexual jokes and 4th wall breaks. Marvel? Yeah yeah I’m so normal about marvel.

And then someone mentioned the new spider man movie coming out and I wanted to run over to them and say “SPIDER MAN?? LEMME TELL YOU HOW EXCITED I AM FOR SPIDER-MAN AND DOOMSDAY!!” But I was normal and sat in my seat.
