Zeus: "Our data was completely deleted upon completion of the transfer and awakening of our physical bodies. I couldn't tell you why it was programmed this way, but we assume it was a safety measure of sorts. The way Fuji talked about it made it seem like whatever project we were apart of wasn't very ethical, so it would make sense they wouldn't want to leave much of a trace behind. If the facility was still manned maybe a copy would have been made beforehand, but that would raise the continuity concerns you mentioned. Considering how fragile any intelligence can be I doubt they bothered. Mosy makes it sound like we were very difficult to create as well, I'd imagine they would want to avoid anything that to risk that progress..."
Zeus: "On a lighter note, we find Pokémon like that quite fascinating. From what I understand Porygon is able to return to the digital plane if it wishes, as well? I don't think either of us wish to, but we're glad they have the option."
