Not every criminal specialty act inspires fear and suspicion in the public, however. One young lady has built up a fanbase and found herself in high demand to make more appearances.
Lucky Lindy had been a Haly’s Circus “beautiful assistant”, a West Point dropout, and an illegal stunt pilot, flying a small red biplane without a pilot’s license. When the Riddler first approached her to help him cause a scene at a Fourth of July picnic event, she initially chose to hide her face to avoid being caught and arrested. Shortly after the event, though, Lindy found herself acquring a following of admirers who wanted her to perform more, and she took the opportunity to have fun showing off her tricks and passion and even tease a face reveal for those who can keep a secret.

#1635: “Between 1927 and 1935, more than 250 songs were written to honor Charles Lindbergh. One of them, “Lucky Lindy,” is still occasionally played today.”
True. Not plausible.
During the first two years after his first flight across the Atlantic, over three hundred applications were recorded at the U. S. Patent Office for songs about Charles Lindbergh.
In the book The Century, it’s noted that hundreds of songs were written about Charles Lindbergh. But Lindbergh got tired of his fame- he told his publicist, “I was so filled up with this hero guff, I was ready to shout murder.”
From what I could find, the song “Lucky Lindy” doesn’t seem to be that notable today, so I doubt it’s played that often, if at all.
