Luv Luff’s Fish House

Boca Raton has a new Fish House.  Luff’s located on Palmetto Park Road near Mizner Park. Still a work in progress. It offers a Key West. cool, calm vibe. A small restaurant. Most seats are outside. Parking is a challenge when the small lot behind the restaurant is full. Service needs a lot of tweaking. Two individual bathrooms M/F. A small bar inside. But the food is delicious. The lobster baconaise sandwich $19 was perfect. A fried lobster tail, thick cut bacon, lettuce and tomato. The Key West pink shrimp po-boy $17 was a hit as well. A 12 inch hero cut in half with a total of eight large lightly battered and fried shrimp. It was great not to see the typical heavily breaded deep fried shrimp as on most similar sandwiches. Nice work chef. The huge slice of meringue topped, thick graham cracker crusted, key lime pie $12 was a good way to end this great meal.
