Chance's hands have the beginnings of calluses on the very tip of the palm, where it meets the fingers. But, they're soft, as expected from a pampered rich boy. A little cold, too; with burgeoning tips of frostbite.
Elliot's hands are burnt. Their fingertips especially, burning hot pizzas burning off the nerves underneath. There's marks from the grill, scars from when the ready-to-eat pizzas burnt through and melted the plastic of the gloves.
