Small Businesses during COVID-19

Hi there! I hope you’re all staying as safe as you can be and doing alright out there. I know I don’t often post on here, but I wanted to put this out there: please be understanding of both customers and sellers during these times. I understand we’re all feeling a little stir-crazy and frustrated, but let’s do our best not to treat one another harshly for it.

My shop’s policies have remained the same as when I started - processing time is 1-3 business days, and if you check your order it will list a date it will be shipped by. From there depending on the shipping method, USPS first-class is 2-5 days until delivery and USPS Priority is 2-3 days. As I’m sure USPS is hitting some unexpected delays from more packages than usual and potential staff shortages, the best way to keep up with your package is through the tracking number provided! Small shops such as myself want to work together with you to get your package to you, so please work with us - we appreciate your patience!

On the other side of things, please understand that customers are probably feeling more anxious about receiving their packages than ever before and do your best to reassure them.

General Update!

New Listings

I’ve been posting a few leafy crystal picture the past few days, and I wanted y’all to know that these few listings will go up for sale starting WEDNESDAY, the 20th! Something that I’ve come to notice is that people want to see pictures of exactly which crystals they’re getting. With this in mind, I’ll start offering discounted crystal sets on Tumblr that are first come first serve, with exactly the crystals you will be receiving! These will include listings like my most popular amethyst moon slices and druzies, and those unique crystals you just gotta get a feel for. Keep an eye out for them starting this week!

Come early December, I’ll be putting together a giveaway of crystals, many items from my shop, some that will be giveaway-exclusive!
