To anyone squirmish about periods this post is not for you! The main message is basically... if anyone says your a wimp for having cramps, punch em in the face cause that shit hurts!

That moment one of your internal organs begins convulsive contractions that make the lining not dissolve but forcibly remove chunks of flesh and expel them from your body....

I remember when I was in year 8... I was about 13 years young and was not coping at all with my periods, I asked a ‘friend’ if they experienced the same pain as I did. I remember being so ashamed when she laughed at me and loudly proclaimed that any woman with ‘cramps’ was just a weak cry baby...

since then I have discovered that I have ‘uterus didelphys’ where my uterus (or womb) is actually two organs instead of one. the swelling and contractions are so intense and violent it literally tears at the flesh of the womb not allowing it to dissolve as other women’s usually do.

so if you have cramps... it’s probably because one of your internal organs is literally having convulsive contractions...
