i have been crying on and off for about 48 hours now and the inital anxiety attack feeling (you know the "shit i need to focus or im gonna have a panic attack" feel? heart racing, limbs weak and\or tingle, stomach sinking feeling?) hasnt passed. its just sort of maintained and im worried its going to affect my health in a bad way but idk how to fix it.
how do i fix heartbreak? how do i stop feeling like the world is at a standstill and if i don't do something NOW something bad will happen? like i don't even know what i need to do! i just feel!
