Happy Valentine's day! I asked on my Twitter what kind of LunarShark drawing I should do for today, and NSFW won. However, that is only available for seeing on the good ole chirp chirp app! You guys get a lovely cropped version that I think still looks nice. Alright frens, I have no idea if am tagging right or anything but figure out as we go! Anyway!

I'm doing Rattober by thebeanbaguette on Insta. Its obviously meant to be cute lil rat drawings but I saw and was like "Silco" so yeah! I'm not doing all the days, just the ones that interested me which is quite a few really! Anyway!

The first one I did was for Day 2 - Toothy Rat. Which of course I had to draw the goof smiling with his lovely teefs~ His girlfriend did his hair and he's happy about it! First attempt to draw younger silco in my style so this was mostly a warm up thing. I wrote a little Drabble to go with it but I'll share that later as I figure out what the HECK I'm doin

Then within the same AU of the first one, is this one for Day 8 - Tough Rat. The twig is very fighty and his love, Elisa, is sick of it. She ends up real worried about him but she loves the idiot. She's kinda dumb too so birds of a feather. Their ship name is LunarShark I will not elaborate at this time. She's from topside though!

An last one today!

From a Demon AU me and a friend made and its elaborate. Anyway! The prompt as it says was Winged Rat and since one later is Dragon Rat I went for the next best in a demon Silco! Stained glass inspired!

I plan to finish all these later. For now I'm trying to at LEAST get good lineart from the remainder of the month and then finish these during November and post them with their own dedicated posts and the drabbles I write for em. That way I'm still pushing myself but also giving myself time to make sure these come out in a way I'm happy with ♡

I think I'm getting better! Faster! But I'm getting sad cuz while I love lineart I'm missing coloring and rendering. Lol. Soon! Soon I shall!

They both tend to stay up kinda late. For various reason. But while he can wake up early she sleeps in quite a bit. So often he stays with her for a little. Watches her and holds her close, gives her a kiss, leaves her his pillow, and finally begins to start his day. Loving waking up next to her. It reminds him of what things were like before. And honestly even more when jinx has a sleepover! Doing family things!

(Translation if needed, but Jefe means Boss in spanish)

And while he rarely takes breaks, sometimes he will. Just to relax with her while she runs a hand through his hair. Nuzzles into him and kisses him. Let's him pretend for a moment, that things are like they used to be. Not that they can ever go back, but at the very least they have their family ♡

Still barely know what I'm doin, but it's fun!

More drawings time! These are late because ironically I am not as familiar drawing my own self insert/oc as I am Silco or Jinx so the struggle was SUBLIME! A perfect struggle. 10/10. The suffering was wonderful ♡ But I'm figuring it out and I'm learning much and I'm also animating on the side so I'm cutting myself some slack. Anyway! The two for this set are both in the same AU with LunarShark shenanigans!

Chronologically we got this first! I have discovered I like drawing flowers! Elisa is so short the only way she can manage to get the flower crown on Silco is for them to both be sat. Her hair isn't always straightened, and she stops doing it in the future. But she figured their going on a date so she should straighten it.

The workaholic moron knocked out at his desk, which never happens. So Elisa gets his eyepatch on him and a lil blanket for him. She knows if she tries to wake him to get him to go to bed, he won't. So this isn't the ideal but the better option. Her and lil Jinx are gunna go habe a girls day after this probably.

@ink-and-dagger-alt the ask got deleted cuz I'm dumb. Lol. But you had asked how Elisa and Silco met so here is!!!

But first! I appreciate the ask greatly and seeing it made my day I literally was like "LOOK!" to my best friend who's been helping me work on Elisa and Silco's story. I was just...so happy! Hehe~ Also I will do my best to keep this interesting to read! But also simplify it because it will be elaborated on in my fic I've been working on for em ♡ hopefully that will be posted next month if all goes to plan!

In summary: Silco wanted to fight this lil lady, made her cry, and then said they should hang out.

Longer version!

Elisa was born and raised topside and was at the bridge just observing people in their day to day and trying to do some gesture drawing. She wanted to improve but always found the act of gesture drawing quickly to be where she struggled.

Meanwhile Silco and Vander happened to be there helping out a friend with some heavy lifting and sorting of some products. Elisa kinda latched onto the brothers for some shape language stuff because the two are just so visually different. Side by side that was even more obvious! But again she's NOT fast at it so she was low key STARRING.

Silco noticed her staring and immediately assumed she was judging them. At this point in life he was pretty quick to pick fights, so he walked over full intention to start one. I need you to picture for yourself this scrawny tall man with intense anger on his mind, approaching this small, soft lady who looks like she'd die if you just snuck up on her. So the minute she noticed him getting closer she was TERRIFIED, and he took that as validation for the prejudice he assumed she has.

He kinda taunted her, egging her on asking what her problem was and why the hell she was staring (and valid tbh she didn't ask if she could draw them). She managed to somehow explain herself eventually and showed him the drawings. Our man got a big head about it and it was like the flip of a switch. The drawing wasn't an exact one for one but he just found himself amused and honestly flattered. His pride calmed down his anger and he asked if she could draw him again in that moment (she was shaken up and crying a bit from fear/relief so obviously it's a no) but before she even answered he had dragged her over to Vander so he could see the drawings too.

Basically! Silco kidnapped her into a friendship with him. It was one they both needed. She really only had one friend up to that point and Silco just had his brother and Benzo. Silco would ask to keep the drawing and leave Elisa confused as to how the hell that went from her thinking she was going to die, to him telling her he'd see her tomorrow. But she entertained that because he seemed so genuinly happy. Her work made him happy. Work she often felt wasnt good enough when compared to others around her who were painting grand murals or family portraits. So his joy over it put a lil skip back in her step.

Shes still cautious around him for awhile but eventually her fear goes away. Their hangouts went from something for them to do to pass the time, to a part of the day they were excited for.

First impressions can be ROUGH and misunderstandings are plentiful. But sometimes, these things work out for the best in the end ♡ They met on bad terms but over time became eachothers favorite person, and the story is one they joke about to eachother often ♡

Context? Can't give to much without spoiling a lot for my fic (It's all coming together I'm so EXCITED and happy and NERVOUS)

In short this is after his brother tried to kill him. He's since gotten help and is recovering but has not gone to see Elisa at all. He's torn, and from it imagines himself talking to her. He knows its not really her as he gives all reasons be shoukd go see her, and all the excuses for why he won't. He's scared everything will fall apart more. He's scared she will betray him too. But those are also excuses. Truthfully he's scared of loosing her or holding her back. In this way, he doesn't have to confront that. They end up having a lot they need to work through together ♡
