shizume or mazume?

Expect a long winded answer because I’ve never been so conflicted over two ships in a shoujo manga xD

So initially I shipped shizume all the way. I usually avoid teacher/student romances in shoujo but I was immediately enraptured by Suzume and Shishio. I have so much love for these two characters. They’re pretty much two dorks in love and you can’t deny the chemistry between the two. HOWEVER, I also realized that their relationship wouldn’t work out because (obviously) they’re student and teacher and more importantly they’re in two different points in their lives. While I usually don’t mind age differences, a person changes so much from their teens to their 20s. Shishio is 25 and a full-fledged adult w/ responsibilities. Suzume however is 16 and very much a teenager who still has many things to learn and experience. What Yukichi said to Shishio was absolutely 100% correct. Shishio also has his insecurities and doubts which has (unintentionally) hurt Suzume. As it stands now, I really think Shishio isn’t what’s best for Suzume. Maybe a couple years down the road after Suzume graduates college she meets w/ Shishio again but right now Shizume ain’t gonna happen (imo).

Now for Mamura I really thought he’d only be her friend (which I was happy with because there aren’t not enough platonic male/female relationships in shoujo) but I have to admit he slowly won me over. He’s been by Suzume’s side all this time, supporting her earnestly. He’s never been dishonest with her and even after she refuses his confession he still stands by her as her friend. I really love the slow build-up of their relationship and after chapter 61 I was completely 100% sold. I mean that smile of his when he said ‘I’ll treasure you’ omg I died what a babe

So tldr; I love both of them. While I love Shizume when they’re more mature (if it ever happens in the manga at all), right now I prefer mazume  :)

É sempre muito difícil para eu entender o porquê de algumas pessoas acharem que a Karin é de alguma maneira melhor para o Sasuke do que a Sakura. Pra mim isso não tem nenhuma fundamentação.

O que você achou sobre fato de terem cortado a MJ de TASM2? (Só consegui mandar essa ask depois de longos minutos gritando de raiva)

assim, como serão 4 filmes agora ao invés de três, eu até entendo. ficam dois filmes pra gwen e dois pra mj. o que eu achei palhaçada foi terem escolhido a atriz, filmado com ela, feito todo mundo (eu!!!!!!) se apaixonar por ela, e cortar assim de repente e ainda falar que talvez eles escolham outra atriz no lugar dela. daí é foda, porque parece que eles não sabem o que estão fazendo. mas a minha maior preocupação é eles trocarem de atriz, porque eu amo a shailene e acho que nunca vou aceitar outra pessoa lol. mas não me importo taaaanto assim de ela só aparecer no 3 e 4, contanto que ela apareça.
